Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with colorectal cancer metastatic and was treated with Leucovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypotension, myocardial infarction, pancytopenia, renal failure, respiratory arrest, respiratory failure, septic shock. Leucovorin dosage: 350 MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/06/2008.
