After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, dyspnoea, fall What is  fall, fracture What is  fracture, pulmonary hypertension What is  pulmonary hypertension. Letrozole dosage: 2.5 MG, QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
