Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Lescol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, dyspnoea, myalgia, pain in extremity, rhabdomyolysis. Lescol dosage: 80 MG, QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
