After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , angiogram, angioplasty , cerebrovascular accident, deafness, endarterectomy, gait disturbance, hernia , intermittent claudication. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, LIPITOR, TOPROL, AMILORIDE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LEVOXYL, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, CALCIUM WITH VITAMIN D, STOOL SOFTENER.
