Female patient, 35 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with schizotypal personality disorder and was treated with Leponex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, c-reactive protein increased, neutropenia, parotitis, pyrexia, spinal myelogram abnormal, white blood cell count decreased. Leponex dosage: 300 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKENE, VICTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
