Leponex side effect was reported by a Physician from BULGARIA on Dec 22, 2006. Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Leponex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bronchopneumonia, haemoglobin decreased, liver disorder, negativism, schizophrenia, paranoid type. Leponex dosage: 300 MG/D. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Leponex dosage: 12.5 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET, HALDOL, SEROQUEL, NEURONTIN, EFFEXOR, TOLTERODINE, FOSAMAX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
