Leponex side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Dec 18, 2007. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, residual type and was treated with Leponex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, nephritis interstitial, renal tubular disorder. Leponex dosage: UP TO 300 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, HUMALOG, LANTUS. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bladder disorder, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood urea increased, haemolytic anaemia, hydronephrosis, renal failure, reticulocyte count increased, urinary retention. Leponex dosage: 500 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with ALOPAM, ZELDOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
