Lepirudin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 02, 2006. Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was treated with Lepirudin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, cardio-respiratory arrest, catheter site haemorrhage, infusion related reaction, ventricular fibrillation. Lepirudin dosage: 0.2 MG/KG -17.6 MG TOTAL NOW IV BOLUS. Patient recovered.
