Lenalidomide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 29, 2008. Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Lenalidomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dyspnoea, pulmonary embolism , pyrexia, respiratory tract infection. Lenalidomide dosage: 25 MG EVERY DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Lenalidomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, multi-organ failure, neutropenia, pancytopenia, pneumonia , pyrexia. Lenalidomide dosage: 25 MG, 1 IN 1 D. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/03/2006.

Lenalidomide dosage: 25 MG, 1 IN 1 D; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE. Patient died.
