Lenalidomide and hypoxia Patient Reports February 11, 2012

Lenalidomide Side Effects Report #5755660-X
Lenalidomide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 30, 2008. Female patient, weighting 77.16 lb, was diagnosed with hodgkin's disease  and was treated with Lenalidomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, hypoxia, pulmonary mass, respiratory distress, unresponsive to stimuli. Lenalidomide dosage: 25MG/DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, ZOLOFT, VORICONAZOLE, ZOFRAN, BACTRIM, VICODIN, ACYCLOVIR, AMICAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/27/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, VORICONAZOLE, BACTRIM, ACYCLOVIR, FENTANYL, ZOLOFT, VICODIN, AMICAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/27/2007.

Lenalidomide dosage: 20 MG/M2 X 21 DAYS ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, DEPAKOTE, DECADRON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
