Female patient, 87 years of age, weighting 88.18 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma What is  multiple myeloma and was treated with Lenalidomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain What is  back pain, cerebral atrophy, delirium, encephalopathy, haemoglobin decreased, hyponatraemia, transient ischaemic attack. Lenalidomide dosage: 25 MG, QD ON DAYS 1-21 Q28D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, DARVOCET, DURAGESIC, FERROUS SULPHATE, MIRALAX, PROTONIX, SYNTHROID, VITAMINS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
