Lenalidomide side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 09, 2006. Female patient, 80 years of age, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Lenalidomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, agitation, anaemia, anorexia, aphagia, asthenia, blood creatinine increased, blood immunoglobulin g increased, blood thyroid stimulating hormone decreased. Lenalidomide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, ZOMETA, SYNTHROID, DITROPAN, PROZAC, ASCORBIC ACID, VITAMIN B12. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute coronary syndrome, anaemia, anion gap increased, atelectasis, atrial fibrillation , bacteria blood identified, blood calcium decreased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood electrolytes abnormal. Lenalidomide dosage: 5 MG, QD FOR 28D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, ALLOPURINOL, THYROXINE, MORPHINE SULPHATE, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, BICARBONATE, PARACETAMOL, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
