Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 171.0 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Leflunomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, fatigue, hypoxia, interstitial lung disease, malaise, weight decreased. Leflunomide dosage: 20MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
