Leflunomide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from ITALY on Aug 14, 2008. Male patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with bk virus infection and was treated with Leflunomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatic enzyme increased, hepatotoxicity, off label use. Leflunomide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, CORTICOSTEROIDS. Patient recovered.
