Lastet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on June 18, 2008. Male patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with testis cancer and was treated with Lastet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, cryptogenic organising pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, prostatic abscess, pseudomonas infection, pyrexia, white blood cell count decreased. Lastet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RANDA, BLEOMYCIN SULPHATE. Patient recovered.

Lastet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on May 31, 2006. Male patient, child 5 years of age, was diagnosed with retinoblastoma bilateral and was treated with Lastet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, bone sarcoma, dyspnoea, treatment related secondary malignancy. Lastet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PARAPLATIN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, IFOSFAMIDE, PIRARUBICIN, MELPHALAN, MABLIN, THIOTEPA. Patient died on 08/01/2004.
