Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with reflux oesophagitis and was treated with Lansoprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: azotaemia, glomerulonephritis, haemodialysis, nephritis interstitial, nephropathy toxic, renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis, vasculitis . Lansoprazole dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, 1 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, WARFARIN, POTASSIUM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
