Lansoprazole side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Feb 21, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with reflux oesophagitis and was treated with Lansoprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anaemia, antinuclear antibody positive, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, cholangitis sclerosing, diarrhoea, disseminated intravascular coagulation, false positive laboratory result, hypoproteinaemia. Lansoprazole dosage: 15 MG (15 MG, 1 IN 1 D) PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LAC B, PREDNISOLONE, PROMAC, HERBESSER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
