Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with ulcer What is  ulcer and was treated with Lansoprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, bone marrow depression, c-reactive protein increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, pancytopenia. Lansoprazole dosage: 30 MG (30 MG, 1 IN 1 D) PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DASEN, ULCHYONE, MIRIDACIN, SELBEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
