Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with mental disorder, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, dysuria, hypersensitivity, type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Lamotrigine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , dizziness , dysuria, erectile dysfunction , formication, insomnia, memory impairment, muscular weakness, myalgia. Lamotrigine dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SEROQUEL, RIVOTRIL, SIMVASTATIN, PROPRANOLOL, LANSOPRAZOL, TERAZOSIN, RHINOCORT, METFORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
