Male patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Lamivudine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, aspartate aminotransferase increased, coagulopathy, hepatitis b , hepatorenal syndrome, jaundice , oedema peripheral. Lamivudine dosage: 50MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ADEFOVIR DIPIVOXIL. Patient recovered.
