Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 163.0 lb, was diagnosed with hyperammonaemia and was treated with Lactulose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, frequent bowel movements, nausea . Lactulose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEOMYCIN, FUROSEMIDE, SPIRONOLACTONE, GLYBURIDE, METFORMIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, diarrhoea, frequent bowel movements, headache , hypokalaemia, jaundice , nausea . Lactulose dosage: 45 ML PO QD (DAILY). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
