Female patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder What is  bipolar disorder and was treated with Lactulose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anaemia of pregnancy, anaesthetic complication, blood sodium decreased, blood urea increased, caesarean section, confusional state, cough, disorientation. Lactulose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OLANZAPINE, CLONAZEPAM, FOLIC ACID, METOCLOPRAMIDE, LITHIUM CARBONATE, RANITIDINE, CITRATE, THIOPENTAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
