Male patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with haemophilia, pain  and was treated with Kogenate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, biliary dilatation, blood glucose increased, fatigue, hepatic enzyme increased, hepatomegaly, joint injury, pain , somnolence. Kogenate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KOGENATE FS, NEURONTIN, LONG ACTING OXYCODONE, FENTANYL. Patient recovered.
