Female patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Klonopin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , hallucination, post-traumatic stress disorder , suicidal ideation, suicide attempt. Klonopin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEXAPRO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
