Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 248.0 lb, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder  and was treated with Klonopin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: affect lability, aggression, anxiety , hypomania, somnolence. Klonopin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHADONE, SEROQUEL, LITHIUM CARBONATE, PREVACID. Patient died on 04/05/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC, XANAX. Patient recovered.
