After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal dreams, alopecia, convulsion, muscle twitching, stomach discomfort, suicidal ideation. Klonopin dosage: FORMULATION REPORTED AS WAFER. 1MG TAKEN AT NIGHT. During the same period patient was treated with AMBIEN, PROPECIA, PROPRANOLOL, DRAMAMINE. Patient recovered.
