Female patient, 88 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction, hypertonia, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Klexane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bundle branch block, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, myocardial infarction, poisoning . Klexane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, TROMBYL, PLAVIX, OXIS TURBOHALER, ENALAPRIL, IMPUGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AGGRASTAT, PRIMASPAN, LIDOCARD, MORPHINE, NITROSID, FURESIS, CORDARONE, EMCONCOR COMP. Patient died on 04/15/2008.
