After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody positive, glomerulonephritis rapidly progressive, polyarteritis nodosa, renal infarct. Klaricid dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
