Klaricid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 30, 2009. Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia legionella, myocardial ischaemia, cerebral infarction, hypertension and was treated with Klaricid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacteria sputum identified, chest x-ray abnormal, depressed level of consciousness, multi-organ failure, respiratory failure. Klaricid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPICIN, CIPROXAN, SOL MEDROL, PREDNISOLONE SUCCINATE, SIVELESTAT HYDRATE, ITOROL, BUFFERIN, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE. Patient died on 09/12/2008.
