After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: insomnia, mania, respiratory failure. Klacid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KLACID MR, SERTRALINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
