Female patient, 22 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with tinea versicolour and was treated with Ketokonazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, derealisation, panic attack. Ketokonazole dosage: 200 MG ONCE PO. Patient recovered.
