Ketoconazole side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 26, 2007. Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer What is  prostate cancer, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Ketoconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic necrosis, hepatitis acute, hepatotoxicity, myopathy. Ketoconazole dosage: 400 MG PO TID. During the same period patient was treated with CRESTOR, ZANTAC, HYDROCORTIZONE, DUTASTERIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, hepatitis acute, hepatocellular injury. Ketoconazole dosage: 200 MG/ X1/ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
