Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with fungal skin infection and was treated with Ketoconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, fall What is  fall, loss of consciousness, torsade de pointes, ventricular extrasystoles. Ketoconazole dosage: 200 MG; BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
