After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, fall , loss of consciousness, torsade de pointes, ventricular extrasystoles. Ketoconazole dosage: 200 MG; BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
