Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 116.0 lb, was diagnosed with tinea versicolour and was treated with Ketoconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , blood urine present, chromaturia, depression , economic problem, faeces discoloured, fatigue, fear, haematochezia. Ketoconazole dosage: 200 MG ONCE DAILY PO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, depression , gun shot wound, head injury, insomnia, suicidal ideation. Ketoconazole dosage: 400 MG; X1; ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/27/2007.
