Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer metastatic and was treated with Ketoconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cold sweat, dyspnoea, fatigue, photophobia, skin discolouration. Ketoconazole dosage: unknown. Patient died on 02/02/2009.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cardiac failure congestive, dizziness , nausea , pneumonia , pulmonary embolism . Ketoconazole dosage: 400MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with LENALIDOMIDE, OXYCODONE, COUMADIN, PROCHLORPERAZINE MALEATE, HYDROCORTISONE, CAPTOPRIL, DILTIAZEM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.

Ketoconazole dosage: 200 MG; DAILY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PRILOSEC. Patient recovered.
