Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract inflammation and was treated with Keflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , haemodialysis, nephritis interstitial, renal failure acute. Keflex dosage: 750 MG. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, LOXOPROFEN, SIGMART, PRAVASTATIN, TICPILONE, ASPIRIN, D ALFA. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Keflex dosage: 500 MG; Q6H; PO. During the same period patient was treated with TOLBUTAMIDE, AMPICILLIN, CEPHALOTHIN, SULFONAMIDES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
