Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 158.0 lb, was diagnosed with streptococcal infection  and was treated with Keflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, arthralgia, impaired work ability, joint stiffness, joint swelling, muscle spasms, pain in extremity, rash papular. Keflex dosage: 500 MG; QID;. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with OATP METHADONE. Patient recovered.
