Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperkalaemia and was treated with Kayexalate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, fatigue, hypertension, oedema peripheral. Kayexalate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TENORMIN, ATACAND. Patient recovered.
