Kayexalate side effect was reported by a Physician from BELGIUM on May 08, 2000. Male patient, weighting 196.2 lb, was diagnosed with hyperkalaemia, bipolar disorder , diabetes mellitus and was treated with Kayexalate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypomania. Kayexalate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MANIPREX, DEPAKENE, AMILORIDE, HYGROTON, HALDOL DECANOAS, KEMADRIN. Patient recovered.
