Karvea side effect was reported by a Health Professional from GERMANY on June 08, 2006. Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 222.7 lb, was diagnosed with portal hypertension and was treated with Karvea. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bleeding varicose vein, mallory-weiss syndrome. Karvea dosage: STEP-UP TITRATED UP TO 300 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with PROPRANOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
