Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 164.9 lb, was diagnosed with menopausal symptoms and was treated with Kariva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deep vein thrombosis , musculoskeletal discomfort, off label use, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism , pulmonary infarction. Kariva dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACIPHEX, PROZAC, BUSPAR, COVERA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deep vein thrombosis , haemorrhage intracranial, intracranial pressure increased, intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, pulmonary embolism , retroperitoneal haematoma. Kariva dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIRCETTE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
