Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , mycobacterium avium complex infection, antifungal prophylaxis and was treated with Kaletra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cholestasis, convulsion, fall , immune reconstitution syndrome, pyrexia, renal failure, subdural haematoma.
