Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 338.0 lb, was diagnosed with neuralgia and was treated with Kadian. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, respiratory failure, somnolence. Kadian dosage: 100 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with LANTUS, ACTOS, ASPIRIN, GLUCOTROL, HUMALOG, TRICOR, PRILOSEC. Patient died on 09/27/2006.
