Kadian side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 06, 2009. Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis  and was treated with Kadian. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , constipation , depression , diarrhoea, gastrointestinal disorder, hypophagia, insomnia, malaise, nausea . Kadian dosage: 60 MG 2/DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Kadian side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 05, 2007. Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 293.5 lb, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Kadian. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve calcification, aortic valve stenosis, aspiration, cardiomegaly, contusion, dehydration, hepatic steatosis, malaise, pulmonary congestion. Kadian dosage: 30 MG; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PERCOCET, ZOLOFT, DIAZEPAM, AMITRIPTYLINE, TRAZODONE, PROPOXYPHENE HYDROCHLORIDE, CYCLOBENZAPRINE, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient died on 09/01/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic arteriosclerosis, euphoric mood, headache , loss of consciousness, malaise, overdose. Kadian dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALEVE. Patient died on 07/02/2006.
