Female patient, 53 years of age, weighting 257.0 lb, was diagnosed with back pain , breakthrough pain and was treated with Kadian. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, disorientation, hypotension, intestinal perforation, renal failure acute. Kadian dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE SULPHATE, ZANAFLEX, LYRICA, ZELNORM, TOPROL, DIOVAN HCT, VYTORIN, ECOTRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
