Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/21/2007.

Januvia dosage: 100 MG/DAILY/PO. During the same period patient was treated with AVANDIA, COREG, GLUCOTROL, LIPITOR, PLAVIX, ZETIA, ZYRTEC, LISINOPRIL. Patient recovered.
