After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, diarrhoea, increased upper airway secretion, nausea , throat irritation. Janumet dosage: 500MG/50 MG/DAILY/PO. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, TOPROL, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.
