After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, diabetes mellitus inadequate control, diplopia, discomfort, headache , malaise, nausea , treatment noncompliance, vision blurred. Janumet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACTOS, GLYBURIDE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, CLONIDINE, LOVASTATIN, LASIX, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
