Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 229.3 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Janumet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, renal failure acute. Janumet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRINIVIL, PLAVIX, METOPROLOL, LOVASTATIN, ULTRAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
