Male patient, weighting 205.0 lb, was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis , cerebral thrombosis and was treated with Jantoven. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: international normalised ratio fluctuation. Jantoven dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITIN, DESYREL, BUMEX, LEXAPRO, DULCOLAX, PREVACID, CELEBREX. Patient died on 08/16/2005.

During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, DIGOXIN, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
